great location, clean rooms, multiple TV's

Uncomfortably hot hallways!!! The air conditioning in the rooms barely works, resulting in a clammy stay!!! Maintenance issues are rampant, and the bathrooms need more attention to cleanliness!!! Staff responsiveness needs a serious overhaul!!!

I had a stressful stay, with multiple room switches due to cleanliness issues, but the breakfast was surprisingly good, and the coffee was excellent. However, I don't think I'll return.

the location of the fairfield inn is super convenient, with plenty of food options nearby. the staff was friendly and welcoming, which made for a great stay. breakfast had a fantastic variety, with options for everyone, including warm and cold items. i loved that there was complimentary cold lemon water available!

However, there were significant issues with inaccurate billing that went unaddressed, causing much frustration. The staff seemed overwhelmed during my stay, which hampered the overall service experience, and the check-in process felt unnecessarily prolonged.

The hotel has a great, convenient location near key attractions, making it easy to get around. The friendly front desk clerk made check-in smooth and welcoming. However, the experience was marred by the unaddressed issues with billing and the lack of follow-through on promised refunds. The breakfast selection was decent but not well organized, leading to inefficiencies during busy hours.

Family with children find some comfort

The staff really took care of me tho! I loved how Madison helped me with check in, she was super patient and kind while I was getting verification on my reservation, it was a real lifeline at that moment. I was also thrilled with the breakfast options, everything was fresh and they had a lot to choose from even had nice coffee on tap all day!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was acceptable for what I had to deal with.
